Polaroid transfers of portraits from banknotes are applied to seashells, linking one of the earliest forms of currency to modern money. By bringing together natural objects and images used on national currencies, the work reflects on how people create and agree upon systems of value. Through this connection, the shell becomes a meeting point between history, belief, and economic exchange.
